Terra Gaucha is a classic Churrascaria (Brazilian Steakhouse) serving various of cuts of beef, lamb, pork, chicken, and seafood all expertly prepared and served by our Gaucho Chefs. The meats are served Rodizio style, meaning all of the grilled meats are presented and carved table-side from large skewers piping hot off the grill. To complement the succulent meats, we offer a large selection of cured meats and imported cheeses, fresh vegetables, and authentic Brazilian hot sides in our gourmet salad bar area.
