Chef AZEUCHI trained in the art of Kaiseki Course cuisine in Japan for 16 years. Upon graduatingculinary school, he began studying Kaiseki Course at a hotel. When he turned 27, he became sous-chef at Hotel Nogamiya.While there, he participated in a Tokushima Culinary Contest, where he won first prize. We started our business in 2023 with one goal in mind: providing an enjoyable dining experience to the Las Vegas area. Thanks to our experience and dedication, we've managed to become masters of the craft. Providing re-imagined Japanese Omakase in a five courses format. There are three courses to choose from, and we also have options for meat eaters and kids.We serve Omakase menu at 6, 6:30, 7, 7:30, 8 and last seating is at 8:30pm.
