We had a great experience on the opening night of Buoy’s dinner service! We got the burrata salad, honey butter baby potatoes, salmon carpaccio, kampachi yuzu, and the summer tuna for appetizers. The raw fish really stood out as it was buttery and fresh, and the yuzu paired perfectly with the kampachi. I really loved the Yukhoe as well - the beef was so fresh and the asian pear complimented it well by adding a lovely sweetness. Their cocktails and prosecco were also really nice and refreshing to pair with the dishes. The service was super attentive as well, refilling our water regularly and taking our order quickly. I felt a very warm hospitality from all of the staff, especially Esther (!!) and I will definitely be bringing more friends here!

We really enjoyed our lunch here at Surisan ! Food was sooo good! It’s so yummy. Service staff are all very friendly and very attentive to all their customers’s needs. We don’t have to wait too long to have our hot meals be delivered. I’m giving them 5 stars for their excellent service and highly recommended this place to anyone! Thank you!!!
