We had a thoroughly enjoyable evening at Jeong, thanks to the chef’s thoughtful tasting menu and the attentive, professional service throughout. The ambience was calm, intimate, and ideal for a relaxed dinner, offering a sense of privacy that enhanced the overall experience. The eight-course menu, including two desserts, was well-balanced and flavorful. It opened with a comforting Bugeoguk, rich in umami and depth. The salmon tartare stood out with its delicate seasoning and creamy crème fraîche, while the scallop with butter sauce was luxuriously rich and satisfying. A surprising yet successful pairing was the corn grits with duck confit, offering an inventive twist on texture and flavor. The final savory course—Australian wagyu with carrot velouté—was a refined, hearty finish before transitioning into dessert. The cocktails were refreshing and well-matched to the meal. For dessert, both the Bokbunja and Dalgona brought out citrusy, creamy notes with distinct elements that complemented each other without overlapping. Overall, the team did an excellent job delivering a modern Korean fusion experience. We would highly recommend Jeong to anyone looking for a thoughtful, contemporary take on Korean cuisine.

The seasoning and preparation for the food was spot on. The cocktails were also very good. Jin was attentive and kind.

We had a great night out at Perilla! Our servers were very attentive - I appreciate when they keep my water glass filled. So much excellent food to taste and try. Our favorites were the Korean Fried Chicken and Rice Cacio e Pepe. A great place to celebrate a birthday dinner.

This was our second visit to Perilla.We ordered the yum yum chicken wings (Twice)! ,& from the grill pork belly and Short rib .The kids loved it & since I was a vegetarian I got Beef fried rice with Beef on the side which my kids happily ate! The matcha dessert was delish! We were short on time as we had other commitments else we wud have ordered the other dessert as well.The service was fantastic,our server explained us everything very well. Friendly & Suave .Memorable evening Indeed .
