Kawa Omakase is upscale modern ambiance, French Italian techniques infused with Japanese Cuisine, offering sophisticated tasting menus. Omakase has a modern ambiance lounge up front with a counter top dining room in the back. Connecting both rooms with long hallway of wine display. 19 seats available and is limited to 38 people per day. It is here where guests wisely place their faith in the hand of Executive Chef, Bit “Sunny” Ko where each dish is thoughtfully hand crafted by scratch. Each individual course stands as its own full dish of skilful preparation that includes mind blowing amuse bouche and not so traditional nigiri. At over two hours, this is an extended and enchanting experience, enhanced by wine and sake pairings where all element is introduced and explained to guests by the light-hearted and engaging team.
