The staff are so beautifully attentive and bring you the most amazing Japanese hospitality and food. This place is just around the corner from me and it’s now a permanent weekly hang. Great prices and so authentically Japanese. Well worth a visit.

Wonderful food and fresh sushi, love it and will Go again

Had a great dining experience at Yakikami. Although there was a wait of about 30 minutes for the Jasper Room, the staff were very accommodating and offered complimentary drinks and an appetiser to make up for the delay. The service was exceptional, and the staff were warm, attentive, and professional throughout the night. The overall experience far outweighed the wait time. Really impressed with the hospitality – will definitely be back soon!

We had a wonderful birthday dinner at Izakaya Chouchou. We chose the “Chef Feed Me” course, which delighted us with both its generous portions and exceptional flavors. The cuisine is a perfect fusion of Japanese and Western styles, offering a range of exciting and beautifully presented dishes. The sushi and sashimi platter was outstanding—fresh, vibrant, and artfully arranged. I especially loved the grilled eggplant, which had a beautifully crisp skin and soft, tender flesh. The dessert boat was both adorable and delicious, adding a playful and satisfying finish to the meal. Every course brought delightful surprises, making the entire dining experience truly joyful. The service was exceptional—the owner personally explained each dish with care and passion, helping us appreciate the thought and craft behind the food. A heartfelt touch was the birthday message for my son displayed on the wall, which made the evening feel even more special and warm.
