The staff are so beautifully attentive and bring you the most amazing Japanese hospitality and food. This place is just around the corner from me and it’s now a permanent weekly hang. Great prices and so authentically Japanese. Well worth a visit.

Thank you so much for the amazing meal yesterday. It wasn’t just about the food — the atmosphere, the service, and the overall experience were all so refined and calming. From the sushi to the wagyu beef, every dish clearly showed the chef’s skill and care. Each bite had such a clean, elegant flavour that really moved me. I feel really lucky to have had this kind of special, almost artistic dining experience. 昨日は、このような素晴らしいお料理をいただき、誠にありがとうございました。 お食事を通じて、ただ美味しさを味わったのではなく、環境や雰囲気など一つひとつに、非常に上品で心地よさを感じました。 お寿司や和牛をはじめ、すべてのお料理に料理人の素晴らしい技と拘りが込められており、いただいた瞬間、その上質な味わいに深く感動いたしました。 このような芸術的な体験に触れることができ、心より光栄に存じます。

We had an amazing experience at Shusai Mijo, excellent food and wine. Service was exceptional, quality and freshness of food was superb. It is not an every day dinner but for an occasion to really celebrate best of food in Melbourne.. true artists.
