- CCarlyeNew Orleans / Louisiana •18 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoMy absolute favorite restaurant! It doesn’t get any better than Nobu! I’ve dined at the ones in New York, Las Vegas, Malibu and now New Orleans. So happy to have one close to home. We had the Yellow Tail jalapeño (a favorite), Toro Tartare Caviar (my new fav), Crispy Rice with Tuna (ok, overly fried and crispy), and the Black Cod lettuce wraps ( prefer the entree but good for bite). Service was excellent as well! My only complaint is that it’s inside Caesars Casino and the music was so loud that it was competing for the music in Nobu. It would be nice to have some glass or fabric to block out the casino music and noise.More infoNobu - Caesars New OrleansPrice: Very Expensive• Japanese• Central Business District•4.7
