Best Japanese Restaurants in Shawnee

An absolutely fun and fabulous dining experience due to Layla our extraordinary server and the amazing cocktails and food we were served! We are in town for a wedding and this was a fantastic start to our weekend. This restaurant does it right. Customer happiness and satisfaction were key to every part of our time spent at Ocean Prime. I have been taking different groups of friends to Prime Social because it is one of my fave places for a happy hour. The food is innovative and beautifully presented in a reasonable amount of time. Great ambience, energetic and fun. Lovely decor, Julia, our waitress, was charming and efficient. Always a good time at PS!

Sushi, sashimi and nigiri was incredible. And miso soup was best we have had. Highly recommend.

I come here regularly. Usually 2-3 times a week. I LOVE their sushi. Best sushi around. Apps are great, I never have had a bad thing from here. BEST happy hour around.

Overall, really nice experience. Sushi was good and so was the hibachi! The only downside was that it took an extraordinary long time to bring the hibachi out which resulted in us eating our meals at seperate times (it took almost 30 additional minutes for the hibachi to come out).
