Experience food as a daily pursuit, a connection to ingredients as they were meant to be.Pa’La is food with a sense of history, cooking in a way that is inherently approachable and human. The kitchen at Pa’La centers around a hand-built wood-burning oven and a Japanese Robata grill. In our cooking we use fire, smoke, coals, and embers to create dishes that reflect the seafood, grains, and vegetable-driven coastal cultures of the Mediterranean, Japan and South America. We are committed to strong relationships with a few select organic farmers and artisans practicing responsible agriculture and production.Because we source ingredients at their peak, our menu is continually changing. Lobster tempura, rock shrimp, warm mushroom salad, and yellowtail sashimi were amazing. The sushi was well above average. The atmosphere was great, the servers (even those passing by) were phenomenal. The one sticky point: The Nobo-rita is a very good drink but $65 is double its value. Overall, I'll be back and I'll bring others.

We enjoyed lunch at Palma on a Thu afternoon. Our meal started with the guac and chips and the Beef Birria Rangoons. After we had the shrimp tacos and Tsunami Maki, both looked great and tasted even better. The Vibe Check is a bourbon based drink that was light for a midday cocktail. Service was great and both agreed we would be returning in the future. Would like to check it out in the evening when it is fully lit up.
