Everything was great although our waitress brought water and never returned to take order. We had to track someone else down

The view was amazing and it’s a sushi bar for 8-10 people. The sushi was over the top amazing. Every piece was handcrafted and made just for you. You can ask for substitutions if you don’t like the specific fish. Just amazing!!

Our Chef was a lot of fun the food was cooked perfectly I would prefer that the fried rice had something more than just an egg in it but everything was delicious

Our experience at NOBU Manalapan was amazing. The food, the people, and the atmosphere were outstanding: the food was a party of flavors, the people were very friendly and polite, and the ambiance was such that we could eat dinner and converse comfortably. My girlfriend and I had lunch during the 'off season' in June. Despite the lack of other diners, the service was great and the food was excellent. Of course, the ambience (oceanfront, beautiful day) made it especially memorable. We'll be back and I highly recommend it. Remeber that it's in the back of the Tidelines so when approaching by car, look for the sign for the entrance to the Tidelines on the highway.
