Pino’s is trendy warm and wonderful. Hustle and bustle but not intrusive or too loud. We were thrilled to have Alessandra as our server excellence! She was attentive and of course friendly and described every entree with true culinary expertise. She knew we had a concert to go to so made sure she was on point. Service was great and food arrived hot and timely. Not too fast but just right! The menu has something for everyone but tonight was a pasta night for us! To start, our martinis were chilled and topped to perfection. The Tuscan salad was fresh and delish. The bolognese pasta was excellent, the pasta Alla Norma with sautéed eggplant was tasty and enjoyed, and the ricotta gnoccetti with butternut squash was savory and light. Leftovers for everyone to be enjoyed Sunday. A true delight from start to finish! Can’t wait to go back!
