Runners were super speedy in clearing tables, but not so much the food on the buffet, especially the lamb, which is rare to find on any Indian buffet. Value would have been fantastic had more food tasted as fresh as the dosa bar. Given the traffic for Mother's Day, it seemed like they were always behind getting food onto the buffet.
