I go to The Turf quite a lot as I can walk from home. Food is excellent and staff are great. The 4th May was a bank holiday and the weather was sunny so it was heaving with people and the food wait was longer than normal but worth waiting. We booked a table and so glad we did otherwise you wouldn’t have got a seat inside.

Lovely food, nice table with ample space, courtious service, very helpful, as neither of us had taken our glasses, so server took time to explain. Food portions generous, arrived hot, most enjoyable.

A charming place to eat. Food was delicious and choice excellent. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. We would highly recommend.

Hot sunny day so few lunching inside - excellent table and service
