weekday night out to try out new menu/specials as fancied fish! mains of pork belly with mash and sea bream, pak choi and side of new potatoes were just the job. washed down with a glass of Viognier and Chenin blanc, finished off with coffee, it was a good experience. It was a really warm evening so many were sitting outside dining but we chose to be indoors which was light on people but the music meant noise level was what created ambience. overall an enjoyable experience and plenty of other menu choices left to return for.

Great food really tasty lovely meal. Varied menu as well.

There was only one member of staff on duty, serving at the bar, in the restaurant and cleaning the tables and the floor! She did her best but it meant that we had to wait for 10 minutes at the reception desk on arrival, even though we had booked online. We also had wait for 10 minutes to pay before we left. The food was adequate but not so well prepared as the last time we were there a year ago.

Excellent food with vegan options. Fast and friendly service. Parking difficult as usual even on a Monday evening. Good selection of draught beers. All good.
