Best Fusion Restaurants in Stratford

A hidden gem in Wallingford! Everything was superb… We had starters, drinks, dinner, and dessert. We will definitely return for a delicious meal. Staff was attentive, everything we tried was awesome! We had the meatballs, a ceviche special, bao bao buns, Brussels sprout salad, scallops and shrimp entree, and seafood pasta over pappardelle. Definitely worth the trip!!

New Favorite Spot Alert! Just tried this up-and-coming restaurant and I’m already planning my next visit. The vibe is modern and chill—plush lounge seating, board games, a big bar, and great energy. I only had the specialty sushi rolls this time (which were incredible), but the menu has so much more to offer. Service was outstanding—friendly, fast, and made us feel totally at home. Definitely a place to watch. Highly recommend!

It was a delightful evening to eat outside. We had our choice of tables. The service was outstanding as was the food. My husband ordered a filet mignon and described that he wanted it medium well done. It rarely is served cooked the way he likes it, but Monty's delivered it perfectly. I sound recommend this restaurant highly!

Outstanding food and service. Larry and staff really made you feel welcome and at home. Not only is the food deliciously prepared it is aesthetically beautiful as well. I have never had an issue with food or service dining in or with take out. My daughter lives in DC and when she comes home this is our favorite place to come. Love Red Lotus!! Highly recommend!
