The veggies were unremarkable but fine. Server and backup team were great; they didn't rush us. We were seated quickly. Booth was intimate and seat seemed recently recovered. The Bad: The overall vibe feels dated; and the finishes, decor and most soft are hard goods need a refurbishment. The quality of the beef was horrible. Some pieces were so stringy I couldn't eat them. Cuts from the local grocery stores are superior. I think The Melting Pot is aware of this shortcoming. The meats were coated and marinated in what seemed to be an effort to disguise the poor quality. The dipping sauces were all delicious but did nothing to enhance the poor quality meat.
