Best French Restaurants in San Francisco Bay Area

I have gone to Le Central for over 40 years. I'm glad the restaurant is still here. Our waiter was courteous and attentive. However, our seatd in the window by the 'Caen/Bashford/Brown' panels made it hard to hear; had I arrived sooner I would have asked to be re-seated in the larger room where the ambiance is better. The food was consistently good; it was good to be back in that old, familiar place.

Chef Bruno did not disappoint during our most recent visit! The subtle changes to the items on the menu served to enhance our dining experience. The wine and cocktail selections were on point as expected. Leland provided superb service and his suggestions for both drinks and entrées was once again perfect. Looking forward to our next dining experience.

Great food. Enjoyed a fabulous latte and burger that was cooked to perfection. Kind and efficient waitstaff too!
