Join us at Provenance, a 20-25 dish tasting menu that takes a modern approach to classic French seafood with subtle Korean influences by Nicholas Bazik!The name of the space, Provenance, is a reference to our dedication to sourcing the best, high-quality ingredients while also partnering with like-minded local purveyors, farmers, and artisans. The food that is served, ultimately, is not the main driver for guests’ overall positive experience. This is achieved by creating an overwhelmingly hospitable experience and environment in a setting that cannot be replicated outside of the space. Guests may choose from three dining locations:- Kitchen View Counter - our main experience. Seats parties of 1 to 4.- Sunkoo Yuh Room - an intimate dining room off the main counter. Seats parties of 2 to 6.- Wine Cellar Room - a private room on our lower level. Seats parties of 4 to 6.
