★餐點：新香榭套餐 ★主餐：紐約客牛排5分熟 牛排肉筋相當多，油花不均且集中，口感酷似板腱牛排，失望！ ★餐後甜點：Haagen-Dazs冰淇淋 因較甜所以請服務人員提供1杯溫開水，結果居然是用一個像熱炒店的玻璃杯盛溫開水，這⋯是夏慕尼嗎⋯⋯

KOMBOI is a Restruant that Explore the possiblity of Taiwanese Local Ingredients with a french presentaiton with great wine paring. It’s a great place for dates, exploring new culinary ideas, and entry to fine dining. On the side note, I would like to learn more and also explore more of the sharp characteristic of each dish, and also the story/narritve for the entire tasting menue. Great place to be, and I wish to explore their culinary experience.

Our server Michael was very attentive either our allergies and customer service was top notch. Food was delicious. Food was cooked in front but no theatrics compared to other teppanyaki restos in other countries.

Service excellent steak not so fresh. Chef skill good. Will visit again next time due to cp value is high

以台灣食材演繹法式料理，從前菜、湯品到主菜都精緻好吃，足見主廚的創意和用心，而且份量很足。當天同行者吃方便素（忘了事前告訴店家、真抱歉），但仍費盡心思幫我們協調準備，非常感謝🙏 服務人員也很細心，恰如其分的問候令人感到舒服無壓力，是一次很美好的用餐體驗！
