    Simple, classic dishes done right. Lovely ambience in a tastefully renovated valley original. Good selection of wines and cocktails perfect steak for mid-range price. We shared the Camembert and the onion soup and they anticipated share plates and cutlery, with extra bread, finished with a classic creme brulee . Had an 11 year old with us and just didnt mention the history.

    We did the degustation menu and it was excellent! A fantastic way to enjoy the amazing food on offer. My favourites were the pappardelle ragu and the prawn ravioli, but I must admit there wasn’t a course I didn’t thoroughly enjoy! I am very keen to go back and would highly recommend it. The service provided by Matteo was perfect!

    Food was great, and service was good, however their booking system failed and they had to turn many groups away due to double booking We were lucky to wait for a table even though we had booked in advance
