Our beloved Mother’s Day Brunch Buffet returns on Sunday, May 14, from 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM. Held in the Vinci Ballroom, enjoy a show-stopping brunch buffet with brunch classics, a raw seafood bar, a carving station, a sushi bar, a dessert station and more.     The feast was perfect in every way. There are not enough epithets to describe the impeccable, beautifully presented and delicious food, good range of excellent wines, courteous, attentive and knowledgeable service, and splendid decor. Between four of us, we tried many dishes and all were delicious, creative and cooked to perfection. Le festin était plus que parfait. Nous ne trouvons pas les mots pour décrire nos repas impeccables, magnifiquement présentés et délicieux, une sélection de vins excellents, un service courtois, attentif et informé, et un décor splendide. Nous étions quatre et avons savouré plusieurs plats, tous délicieux, originaux et préparés à point.

    Tout était très bon, de l'entrée au dessert. Un petit peu déçu de la taille de l'accompagnement du saumon pour le prix cependant.
