Three Blind Mice was created by three friends with a passion for food and friendship. Daniel, Milan & Rob wanted to create a neighbourhood store that lets you shop, eat & drink. Our focus is to source the finest products from around the globe as well as some of the finest local producers Australia has to offer.
Daniel, an executive chef with 25 years’ experience and Milan, a qualified chef who detoured to the cheese industry early in his career, can be found day to day in store. Milan, a real-life Cheesemonger, and team provide expert advice on our wide selection of premium quality cheeses, cut to order. Savour our carefully curated range of cured meats chosen by Chef, Daniel.
Dear Valued Customers, The Ambassador Training Restaurant is a TAFE NSW-licensed venue. Demonstrating our reputation as a leader in education and training for hospitality and culinary students, the students practice delivering fine dining food & develop their skills within an operational environment. As we are a licenced venue, BYO is not permitted. All dietary requirements must be advised in advance through your OpenTable platform booking. Meals will be served alternate drop, meaning you will not have a choice from the menu and will have limited facility for alterations. Payments will be made after your meal; we do not accept cash or split bills.We only take reservations via OpenTable. For larger bookings of 7 people or more, please email ambassador.reservations@tafensw.edu.au
