Abby was so kind, informative and patient when we were being indecisive! The complimentary bread with infused red wine and caramelized onions kicked things off right. We ordered the maitake mushrooms for appetizer which was fantastic. The combination of the sweet potato and mushrooms were so simple but flavorful. I wanted to order the raw fish dishes but opted out due to some allergy issues I’ve been having, but next time I will definitely order the crudo and tuna tartare as they looked fantastic. The lomo saltado definitely is the highlight of this place. Perfectly seasoned, great portion, and the most tender pieces of meat I’ve ever had. Please please come and try this place. There were even locals dining and talking how delicious the food is. Azar is the sister restaurant and makes sense why the food at both places are wonderful. I will definitely be back the next time I’m in Aruba!!More infoLima BistroPrice: Expensive• International• Oranjestad•4.8

The quality of the food and the unique flavours. But also our waiter he was so nice and did some great recommendations for what to choose! Also the restaurant has great vibes and pretty to the eye! The sweet and spicy flavor of the pork belly was fantastic, super crispy and cooked to perfection. The steak was also the perfect temp and absolutely delicious with the port wine sauce. The asparagus side was lackluster, but come on. It’s asparagus. My one note, was that it was a little difficult to get a servers attention. As a solo diner I was seated at the bar, which is fine. But the bartender was busy and wasn’t actually taking orders, and the gentleman that was taking orders for the bar area was busy elsewhere. But all in all a great experience, would gladly go back.More infoAZAR Open Fire CuisinePrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Aruba•4.7
