The integration of Spanish cuisine alongside the traditional French offerings creates a magnificent fusion that surprises and delights with each course. Chef Pastor has masterfully expanded the menu while maintaining the beloved classics that made Pascal a local staple. The result is nothing short of spectacular—a perfect marriage of two exquisite culinary traditions. What truly distinguishes Restaurant Pascal is Chef Pastor's hands-on approach. His attention to detail is evident in every dish, and his willingness to accommodate special requests demonstrates his genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. He frequently visits tables, ensuring each diner's experience meets his exacting standards for high-end cuisine. The intimate, cozy atmosphere complements the exceptional food perfectly. The service staff, particularly Gustavo and Jolene, deserve special recognition. Their efficiency is matched only by their warmth and genuine desire to create a memorable dining experience. They strike that perfect balance of attentiveness without intrusion, making even first-time visitors feel like valued regulars. Whether you're a longtime patron of Pascal or discovering it for the first time under Chef Pastor's direction, this restaurant delivers an unforgettable gastronomic journey. The combination of innovative Spanish influences, beloved French classics, personalized attention, and impeccable service makes Restaurant Pascal an absolute must-visit dining destination.More infoPastor at PascalPrice: Expensive• Contemporary French• Coral Gables•4.4

- CCarolSan Diego •2 reviews5.0Dined on Apr 30, 2025We had an amazing dinner at Ariette. everything from the atmosphere to the food was outstanding. We ordered the pressed duck, the staff that did the preparation of the duck I front of us said to finish the meal with a salad. The only one thing that was not right was they didn’t give us salad plates. The duck was served with a sauce so there was still a left over sauce on the plate so when we ate our salad, it got mixed with the sauce, that didn’t go well on the salad because the salad has dressing on it. I found it odd for an upscale Michelin starred restaurant that the server didn’t pay attention to details. Overall, we enjoyed our dinner.More infoArietePrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Coconut Grove•4.6
