Best Contemporary French Restaurants in Hampstead

As always brilliant service and wonderful staff and food

Four of us went for a birthday celebration. It was the perfect evening. A warm welcome, a delightful table, Michelin star food (IMHO), fabulous wine, and no attempt to rush us out to squeeze in another booking. I eat out for work on a regular basis, but for any personal or family purpose, Bistro Aix will always be my first choice. Long may you flourish.

This was our first experience of Victor Garvey since he took over the Midland Grand. The cooking is excellent, with a touch of humour and certainly different to your standard Tasting Menus. I have to give credit to the staff as well, who are all quite young but give the restaurant a more informal feel and quite different many other high end establishments. Well worth trying!

Thai is an outstanding team atmosphere and the food is super good always a pleasure to visit
