Best Contemporary Asian Restaurants in Nutley

Another wonderful dining experience.

Jue Lan has been on our restaurant list for a while and since it was restaurant week we decided to check them out for lunch. Our food was good, it was normal like corner store Chinese food. The only downside is it was incredibly hot inside and dark.. plus the music was louder than should be for lunch time. Our waitress seemed to be the hostess and bartender she was great but she could have used some help.

Food was excellent as well as the service. We had a great experience!

I think it would be more fair to tell the customer if you were to charge for "Still" water especially if you only give them the two choices (Still or Sparkling). It seemed a little dishonest to give those two choices only and then charge it regardless. You could say Still, Sparkling or Tap or make sure the customer knows that you are charging water for $9. I understand that you are assuming that people who come to your establishment probably would not mind paying for water or should know that "Still" water would cost money but it unnecessarily left us bad 'taste' when we got the check.

Every dish on the menu is absolutely amazing! The flavors are perfectly balanced, the presentation is beautiful, and the food is cooked to perfection. To top it off, the owner, chef, and staff are warm, welcoming, and make you feel like you’re dining at home.
