Flint Creek Cattle Company is a new American steak restaurant that emphasizes ethically raised beef and sustainable farm practices. The dining area is extremely wide open and spacious.     Every dish was delicious. Service was outstanding, they were so kind, thoughtful and encouraging about dietary restrictions. We were a large group and I was a bit shy about asking for items that accommodated my restrictions. But, I had told them in advance so they modified a few items for me so I could enjoy each course with my friends.

    Absolutely incredible food, ridiculously tasty drinks and stellar service! We sat outside on a gloomy day but the outdoor fireplace and space heaters made it perfectly comfortable. Our server was wonderful: he had great suggestions, helped me pick items that worked around my food allergy & made our group feel very welcome. The food was family-style, with larger than expected portions of the highest quality. Seriously freaking delicious!
