New York Nostalgia meets French Brasserie at NoMad London’s new restaurant; Twenty8 NoMad, debuting May 9th. Led by Executive Chef Zak Gregoire and Culinary Director Bryce Shuman, classic dishes such as Steak Frites are accompanied by nods to NYC; a wild garlic flatbread using a secret dough recipe acquired from one of Little Italy’s most beloved pizza shops and the return of the NoMad Chicken served with black truffles and foie gras; NoMad New York’s most coveted dish. The bar programme, led by Leo Robitschek, honours the classics; from Martinis through the ages to the cocktails that changed New York’s modern-day bar scene.Please note that we are a cashless restaurant.* Please note that from April 7th until May 8th, NoMad Restaurant will temporarily close as it undergoes refurbishment.  The Library and Side Hustle will remain open, with Side Hustle welcoming an earlier opening time of 12PM.
