I was at Tap 42 for Hamburger Happy Hour. They now offer 3 types of burger. I had the beef/lamb burger which was outstanding it was cooked just the way I like it. It was juicy and quite delicious. It came with french fries, which I upgraded two sweet potato fries for a dollar. The service was excellent. The server was very attentive without it was being pesky. My only issue was that the music was played way too loud. We were sitting outside but it was still hard to have a conversation. In spite of this, I would not hesitate to go back.

Had not eaten at Penelope for a few months and am glad that I ate there today. Service was efficient is t and attentive. The restaurant was basically empty, only one other table occupied and a few at the bar. It was shot humid South Florida day. Ordered from the lunch specials and they are a great deal. Had shrimp po-boy and chicken po boy. Shared a huge Caesar salad with yummy dressing and crispy cheese. Menu prices are reasonsble.
