- CACynthiaAVIPPalm Springs / Palm Desert Cities •4 reviews5.0Dined on May 4, 2023What a lovely atmosphere for a delicious Wagyu steak! The setting is beautiful and cozy and the steak was divine. My companions were the steak enthusiasts and their choices were the Spinalis and the Cowgirl Ribeye and both were prepared to perfection. The salads and the appetizers were ideal for a me. The blue cheese salad and the avocado salad were fantastic with crisp butter lettuce and yummy vinaigrettes. The fried artichoke came with a delicious aioli and was very gently fried and well presented. The waitstaff was attentive and knowledgeable and the wine impressive and reasonably priced. An excellent evening tucked away in the Crosswords of Carmel.More infoBreadSongPrice: Moderate• Bistro• Carmel•4.4
