My fiancé and I went to celebrate his birthday. We were greeted by our server who said our table waiting for us. Nothing special just a small two top that you would get at any restaurant. Our server started us off with water, not ice water, small rocks glasses of water with no ice. The server had to come and refill the glasses, I eventually told him just to lease the bottle of water. Our dinner was very good! I had the pimento cheese and cornbread! The corn bread was warm and moist and not crumbly! The amount of pimento cheese(which was delish as well as the bacon jam) could have been a little bit more than a 2oz. Portion. Next we had the fried okra the whole okra is fried. Very tasty! The sauces are spicy but I am not a spicy person! My fiancée had the pork belly and was wild about it. For entrees he had the ribs and absolutely loved them and I had half of the bbq chicken with Mac n cheese oh so yummy! Our only recommendations would be to offer more more pimento cheese and bacon jam and maybe cut back on the spice on the okra! We hope that you all make it. You have a great chef driven concept. There are a few things that need to be tweeted to make it perfect and have people line out the door. The staff was absolutely exceptional, top knotch!!! Definitely going to go back!
