Best Chinese Restaurants in Mountain View

The hostess/waitress explained our options carefully and made useful recommendations. Food arrived hot and reasonably fast, service was friendly and efficient. We greatly enjoyed the scallion pancakes that came folded over with a choice of savory stuffing -- we had beef, shrimp, spicy beef. Had never seen anything like it before, except perhaps a taco. The Xiao Long Bao, shanghai soup dumplings, were excellent. All in all, a varied menu, some originals, great execution and service.

Kinda forgot about this place located near by home. The service was great and the foods was tasty. Good mid-week dinner option to avoid the weekend crowds.

This multi-course, beautifully presented meal leaves you so satisfied, appreciative of the care, thought, presentation and quality of the amazing food. Every small course is delicious and beautiful in its own manner, with accents of caviar, parsley dust, house-made dashi and details such as this that intrigue you mind and your palate. The quiet ambiance allows the chef to explain how each course was curated, while he is assembling the dishes in front of the guests. Worth the drive to Foster City; the last time we dined, someone had come from Marin County, and last night, a young couple had driven up from San Jose. Well-worth the expense, a memorable gastro event, for certain. Must go for your next special event.

I haven’t had Chinese food like this in years. We enjoyed every plate was fabulous. We were drooling as the Peking Duck as the the cart rolled by, but we will be back and to try the Peking Duck on our next venture to I imperial treasure
