The food selection is diverse, many showcasing local ingredients and others offering exotic tastes to sample. Serving portions are very generous. Favorite drink: the Silky Samurai, a seductive mix of tequila, fresh lychee, lime and coconut milk. Favorite app: the signature ribs, a popular, perfectly cooked finger-licking interpretation of the dish. Favorite entree: the Ishiyaki Buri Bop, a calm tableside preparation that yields a sumptuous fish and rice/veg combo. All of Morimoto Asia's dishes we tried were subtly complex, perfectly spiced with layered flavors. Can't wait to try more!
