If you are lookin for a culinary experience, Morimoto Asia is a great choice. The wait staff are professional, friendly, knowledgable and seemingly happy in their work environment. The food selection is diverse, many showcasing local ingredients and others offering exotic tastes to sample. Serving portions are very generous. Favorite drink: the Silky Samurai, a seductive mix of tequila, fresh lychee, lime and coconut milk. Favorite app: the signature ribs, a popular, perfectly cooked finger-licking interpretation of the dish. Favorite entree: the Ishiyaki Buri Bop, a calm tableside preparation that yields a sumptuous fish and rice/veg combo. All of Morimoto Asia's dishes we tried were subtly complex, perfectly spiced with layered flavors. Can't wait to try more!
