Best Caribbean Restaurants in Chingford

Very flavourful food! Was very impressed with how tasty it was, nice spice and texture. Restaurant was busy meaning we waited 15 mins before anyone took our (drink and food) order which was the only negative. Lovely cocktails too!

As usual the food and service was everything I have come to expect from this excellent restaurant. My starter of pork ribs was beautifully prepared succulent tender and full of flavour and my main course of The Roger's Kitchen Signature curry goat a favourite of mine was as I was anticipating fantastic. To finish off I enjoyed the Caribbean fruit cake with rum and raisin ice cream. At the end of our meal, as we were belatedly celebrating birthdays we were offered a complimentary glass which was a lovely touch to a great experience. Roger's Kitchen is precisely where Caribbean cuisine needs to be in the 21st century as a person from this very culture it makes me extremely happy to make this statement once again. Keep up the stellar work.

As always, fantastic evening at the Jazz Bar. Food was excellent, jazz was energetic and service was personal and welcoming. Will keep coming!

Great place, we travelled a long way to try this restaurant and were not disappointed. The food was amazing and the staff were very friendly and attentive. There was a little delay with the food but we've had much worse and the staff apologised.

The food was amazing and the team was on it. Great atmosphere too. It just feels quite cheeky to sell the set menu at 50%off (at now £25) when in fact one saves a few pounds only. If someone tells me I’m getting a set menu that usually costs £50, I expect £50… and not two dishes and a cocktail that would cost me £30 if I had ordered the dishes separately. Very misleading marketing.
