An excellent wine and dining experience at Edan Bistro! Aitor’s food was outstanding, beautifully prepared and full of flavor, making the perfect complement to an exceptional selection of wines from Alma Carraovejas. The tasting was a fantastic opportunity to explore some remarkable wines, including Emilio Rojo across three vintages (2019, 2020 and 2021), Capitel 2019, La Peña 2022, Salas Aiurri 2021, and Cuesta de las Liebres 2019. Capitel 2019 was particularly impressive, with beautifully integrated oxidative notes, remarkable evolution, and a complexity that reminded me of Viña Tondonia Blanco Reserva. Great food, outstanding wines, and wonderful hospitality from Aitor made this a truly memorable experience. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates exceptional gastronomy and fine wine!

Our server Sam was tremendous. All personnel at the restaurant were truly professional. Food n Beverage delicious. Octopus and hummus as well as chicken and dessert met our satisfaction too.
