The food and the staff were exceptional! We brought our two, young kids (ages 3 and 5) and the staff was amazing at making the experience wonderful for them, too. We will definitely be back!

Rose Mary and I had a terrific time at the American Reserve. Our waitress was very attentive without being intrusive and met our every need and request with promptness and politeness. The cocktails, wine, and digestif were terrific, and the entertainment (a trio with vocals, keyboard, and drums) was great and great fun.

Lonnie's is a great place to celebrate with real Kansas City jazz and history. We will always plan to return there on a regular basis. We were disappointed at how Open Table handled our reservation. Price was quoted at $60+ per person. The actual charge was $115 per person plus an added 20% Service Charge with no explanation as to what that charge was supposed to cover. I would appreciate some up front communication as to what actual charges are going to be and will probably book directly with the club from here out.
