- MmarkMemphis / West Tennessee •2 reviews5.0Dined on Apr 6, 2025The Sunday tea was outstanding at Davenport however, the jazz the night before was miserable and lacked customer orientation. It seems Mr Davenport was performing outside the hotel at a private affair making his 8:30 pm appearance at the club null and void. We we told he would be at least one and a half hours late! Too be a "no show" at the jazz club so he could try to fit in another outside event "gig" was an insult to all the folks sitting on their hands waiting for the local entertainer! Not only should he be ashamed but his actions make the Ritz Carlton look like a second rate operation! Someone inform him he is not Dizzy Gillespie or Al Hurt!More infoThe Davenport LoungePrice: Moderate• American• French Quarter•4.6
