It was a lunch for my dad’s 93rd birthday and it was lovely. A special little cake was brought out that you supplied, was a lovely surprise and thanks for your thoughtfulness and kindness once again. Dad loved it. The whole restaurant singing happy birthday was wonderful too-and it was a packed restaurant. His 3 young great grandchildren enjoyed playing in the playground and feeding the ducks. The $55 three-course Express Lunch is great value for money. I highly recommend the calamari, fried king prawns, pork belly, black angus striploin (perfectly cooked every time!) and pannacotta.

Food was amazing, so fresh tasting and deliciou. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our second visit and we will be back.

The location is great. We love the vibe of Shortcut and the ambience. Was sad to see that the family platters are no longer on the menu. These were a great inclusion for families to try a variety of the flavours that Shortcut offers. They were also value for money for families. Also disappointed that the PlayStation was not working.

Consistently good food. Particularly recommend the stir fry and barramundai.
