Dear Valued Customers, The Ambassador Training Restaurant is a TAFE NSW-licensed venue. Demonstrating our reputation as a leader in education and training for hospitality and culinary students, the students practice delivering fine dining food & develop their skills within an operational environment. As we are a licenced venue, BYO is not permitted. All dietary requirements must be advised in advance through your OpenTable platform booking. Meals will be served alternate drop, meaning you will not have a choice from the menu and will have limited facility for alterations. Payments will be made after your meal (special functions excepted); we do not accept cash or split bills.We only take reservations via OpenTable. For larger bookings of 7 people or more, please email ambassador.reservations@tafensw.edu.au

    Everyone in our group of ten thought the food was delicious. Portions were generous and bursting with flavour. The staff were friendly & attentive. We were all very impressed with Brasserie 156 and look forward to returning for another great evening.

    We had dinner here on 26/4/25, before the Rock Through the Ages Show. There were 5 in our group. Everyone enjoyed their meals, however, I did find the green prawn curry a little too watery. All in all it was an enjoyable dinner . Thank you.

    The Spring high tea set is amazing 🤩 beautiful and tasty. Impressive for all the little details, even for the small tiny handbag shape cake, it has 2 filling inside. The texture is very smooth and it will tickle your taste buds. Staffs are friendly and attentive.
