Great time at the Waratah. Great food, great drinks, and great service as always.

We had antable booked for 7 people. We only waited a few minutes to be shown to our table, and were very excited we had a separate room to ourselves. The service was excellent, the food and drinks amazing and the atmosphere was fantastic. We all enjoyed our brunch very much! Ronny Yap

The location was great, everything was clean, service was very good. They were very accommodating and made my son feel special as it was his birthday. I want to make a special mention to Athan, he was very nice, and was very informative with menu specials. Thank you for a great evening!!!

Excellent service, delicious food with beautiful presentation.

Bills never disappoints. Great ambience, consistently good food (though portion size on some menu items has reduced). Wine chosen was different to the one on the menu (a Riesling) but still delicious. Perfect spot for a family celebration (30th). We’ll continue to frequent Bilks, Surry Hills. Double Bay is our local and tend to go there but prefer the Surry Hills vibe.
