The Felska’s and the Solvie’s came to Bozeman motivated by the prospect of building or buying a Conference Center.They discovered that the Ramada Inn, (hotel, restaurant, and conference center) was in bankruptcy so they purchased the business. Once a dark 70’s style bar and casual dining restaurant, it also featured a fine dining area.In 1999, The Grantree Restaurant was revised and remodeled to give it a more casual Montana feel.In 2008, the Partners decided to change the name and again do a remodel with more of an upscale sport’s bar style hence creating what today is The Club Tavern and Grill, Bozeman’s Upscale Sport’s Bar with 20 TVs, a Casino, Full Bar, and Sports packages.
