Go-to Chinese in Nashville! Love this place. Food is fabulous. The whole roasted duck is a must! Cocktails are creative and fun. And I can’t say enough about the attention to detail and service. Went to Kore in East Nashville with a party of four and honestly… 10/10 experience from start to finish. The vibe of the place is super cool and welcoming, and the staff made us feel right at home. We went with a few of the popular recommendations—sticky ribs, truffle mac, and the crispy tuna—and every single one was a hit. Like, we were passing plates around the table making sure nobody missed a bite. The sticky ribs were fall-off-the-bone good, and that truffle mac? Silky, rich, just the right amount of truffle. The crispy tuna was fresh, flavorful, and had the perfect crunch. Service was on point, drinks were solid, and the atmosphere had that East Nashville charm. Already planning our next visit—this spot’s gonna be in the regular rotation for sure.

First time here and we will definitely return again soon. The service was impeccable with non-intrusive concern that our needs were being met and everything was to our satisfaction. The selections we made were prepared with obvious professional care. More simply, our meal was fabulous! I cant say enough about how the staff and our experience completely exceeded expectations. Blue Sushi is a local treasure!

As it was Valentine's day, the restaurant was very busy. There apparently some kind of issue with my reservation made through OpenTable. Fortunately, when I politely brought it to their attention, they seated us at the next available table. The entrees were good as always, service was a little slow, but again it was a very busy night. The only disappointment was dessert. My wife and I like key lime pie. What we received was of poor quality and pleated poorly. I think the server was embarrassed to serve it, as she immediately took it off or our bill without us saying a word. I will certainly go there again for entrees, but not on such a busy night.
