I had a great time last night celebrating my bday dinner. It was just my gf and I and everything was perfect. Food was delicious. The ambiance was nice. The service was great. I never had to wait for anything. The staff was nice and friendly. The server gave us great recommendations.

Beautiful space ... love that it was Cary Grant's guest bungalow! And, delicious food, great staff ... a great experience all around! We will definitely plan to be dining there again soon!

Ceviche portion was very small and lacked the citrus flavor of traditional ceviche. Had a milky coconut flavor (not shareable portion). Chicken schnitzel portion was large (took leftovers home) but lacked the flavor you would expect at a fine dining location- very basic. Caesar salad was ok but had no depth. Ice cream was very creamy and good. The house wine was priced fairly and we received a generous pour. Martinis looked tasty. Ambiance was nice, service was nice but the food quality was lacking.

Always try to come here whenever I’m in Palm Springs. It’s always terrific , friendly people , great service , and such a creative menu . Been here many times , and will be back again soon

We had a lovely evening our party of three, seated in the outside courtyard. Great ambience and a beautiful setting. Chad's service was exceptional, with great rapport and he knew the menu inside out. Sadly, l do not live in Palm Springs, just visiting from Australia, otherwise l would return. Copleys was recommended by my Uber driver, Mark. 😊 Wendy Avery

The setting is nice as is the playlist. Service was below average, but in my opinion the server was spread too thin. Ordered the bread/butter, pot stickers, and empanada as starters. Bread was good, but the other two I wouldn’t recommend. Next we had the Caesar salad, and it was nice. Finished with NY steak which was extremely rare and cold in the center (ordered it medium well). I would not go here. There are many other great choices in PS.

showing off the desert to out of town friends? romantic evening? special occasion? tough to beat copley's for atmosphere, service, and fine dining. for a high end restaurant, you won't feel gouged on prices, either. our party of four started with an order the very best pot stickers--we all said it at the same time. one order of "bread and butter for two" was deliciously ample for the table. my roast duck was sensational. seafood fettucine was excellent. and two orders of chicken schnitzel were big hits. chocolate souffle cake and toffee and date sticky pudding, both accompanied by delicious ice cream, garnered raves as our shared desserts. our server, eric c., was knowledgeable about all the dishes and all of the wines about which i asked, and he recommended a fabulous dry red cab, and steered us well on our entrees according to our gustatory predilections. copley's is a favorite of ours, never having been disappointed in a dozen visits over the recent years.
