   Hands down this restaurant is THE best in the valley...the food was outstanding and overall when you think of fine dining in the Palm Springs area it is well priced for what you receive. A BIG shout out to our waiting DK who was amazing!

   We had a lovely meal that started off a bit slower on the server side, but she was attentive when she realized our wait time for ordering drinks. Very accommodating for food sensitivities!

   Another very enjoyable evening at Copley’s. Our dinners were perfectly prepared, the cocktails were first-rate, the staff could not be nicer, and the ambiance was enchanting. I do recommend not parking in their parking lot. It is very tight and has only one way in and out. It gets frustrating trying to back out and exit while other cars are coming in. Next time we will park on the street or in the nearby public parking lot. There is abundant free parking in the area.

   The surroundings are pure Palm Springs - the patio dining is ideal. Eric our server was perfect and gave great suggestions - every one was the best! The food was spectacular...we will definitely be back!

    Over all very nice restaurant. The drinks were good, service was good, cauliflower steak was good, tofu not that great. Very cool layout
