Shedding any pretentious that it could easily demand, Copley's provides classic and modern fare with grace and aplomb. Guest after guest, meal after meal, year after year, the atmosphere and ambiance at Copley's is always fresh and exhilarating. The staff consists of experienced professionals who constantly strive to provide the best possible service, and the bar can be relied upon to mix "old favorite" or specialty drinks.    Service was fabulous. Chad was the best. Delightful seating on the patio. Fun to watch comings and goings . Everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves

   Beautiful setting but quite boring food. Kind of old style California restaurant with fruit in everything. Pineapple, pomegranate, cranberries, citrus the kind of “exoticism” fine dining has moved away from decades ago. A cucumber soup was excellent and the service was very good. But in the end it’s the cooking that makes a place, and it just wasn’t there.

   Greeting us for our reservation and acknowledging my husbands birthday was nice. The service was great and food unique and delicious. We dined outside and it was a perfect evening.

    Copley's is consistently the best restaurant in Palm Springs. The beet salad is light and tasty, the Ahi Tuna just the right amount of sear, the grilled pork chop is enough for two people actually,, tender and perfect, the Scottish salmon perfection... delicate, flaky, flavorful, the steak exceptional, and the truffle French fries will bring me back to this restaurant again and again. And the service is always efficient, cheerful, helpful and personable. This time I was served by Bianca who was delightful. All in all, a perfect culinary experience.
