   One of my favourite restaurants in Palm Springs, dinner on Saturday night for five of us to celebrate a friend's special birthday did not disappoint. Our waiter was attentive and playful (which is always fun!), the food was delicious (My friends started with the beet salad with goat's cheese which they loved, I had the cold green soup which had really interesting flavours to it, including peas, asparagus and honey and you could taste them all. The salmon, which can be kind of boring, was really lovely and a number in the group enjoyed the lamb). The manger came by to check on us, which is a classy touch! The only downside isn't the food or ambiance, it is the parking lot. You end up getting stuck in a dead end with three cars following you and no room to turn around. Park on the street!!

   One of the best restaurants in Palm Springs. Good value for an upscale restaurant experience and great food.

   The food was fantastic! The service was superb, and the ambiance was romantic! This was our first time at Copley's and it did not disappoint. We will definitely be back!

   What a find both Copley’s and our server ,Lonnie! The food and service were superb,will go back for the Seafood Fettuccine!

   Good food, well prepared. Good service staff. Date dessert was as good as promoted, however unlikely it sounded. Will gladly return.

   Another lovely meal at Copley’s, great high end outside dining in their delightful courtyard space. We enjoyed the shrimp and lobster ceviche (again!) and their innovative beet salad. The ahi tuna special was perfect with the wasabi mash and carrots and the generous lamb t-bones were complimented by a subtle minted mash. The generous pours of Deux Roches Burgundy Chardonnay were smooth and a perfect accompaniment. Service from Eric was attentive and very helpful. One suggestion : some water misters could be added for evening dining in the hotter weather we’re now getting.

   We had a great Saturday evening dinner. atmosphere was excellent, we sat outside. henrietta cocktail was nice. Caesar salad was good. entrees- the short rib special was perfection. the ahi special was a solid 4.5 with some very special flavors. wine recs solid.

   The food was just delicious. Sitting outside in the courtyard would be the preferred dining option, ambience is wonderful later in the evening. Eager to go back again to try more of the menu! The lamb, filet, and prosciutto & burrata salad were 10/10.

    The food was just okay. For what came across as a relatively “fine dining experience” I expected a much higher quality of food.
