   Good food, well prepared. Good service staff. Date dessert was as good as promoted, however unlikely it sounded. Will gladly return.

   Another lovely meal at Copley’s, great high end outside dining in their delightful courtyard space. We enjoyed the shrimp and lobster ceviche (again!) and their innovative beet salad. The ahi tuna special was perfect with the wasabi mash and carrots and the generous lamb t-bones were complimented by a subtle minted mash. The generous pours of Deux Roches Burgundy Chardonnay were smooth and a perfect accompaniment. Service from Eric was attentive and very helpful. One suggestion : some water misters could be added for evening dining in the hotter weather we’re now getting.

   We had a great Saturday evening dinner. atmosphere was excellent, we sat outside. henrietta cocktail was nice. Caesar salad was good. entrees- the short rib special was perfection. the ahi special was a solid 4.5 with some very special flavors. wine recs solid.

   The food was just delicious. Sitting outside in the courtyard would be the preferred dining option, ambience is wonderful later in the evening. Eager to go back again to try more of the menu! The lamb, filet, and prosciutto & burrata salad were 10/10.

   The food was just okay. For what came across as a relatively “fine dining experience” I expected a much higher quality of food.

   This was supposed to be a special birthday we flew in all the way from Naples, Florida and it was horrible absolutely horrible. The hostess was friendly however she did greet us and wished me a happy birthday, but no birthday candle. No happy birthday from the waiter and they set us in, probably the worst possible seat, even though we were way overdressed for such a casual inside setting. The inside of the restaurant was unbearably hot. The ice melt it very quickly. I would tell somebody never to book this for any type of special events. It’s really a cut off jeans and sloppy T-shirt place. If they would like a better review, they should give me a call and make it up to me in another way.

   Our experience at Copley's was interesting and enjoyable. We enjoyed drinks before dinner; we loved to people watch and drink in the backdrop and history of Copley's. Our friends ordered the New York strip and the pork chop! My husband had the tuna tacos and I had the empanada. No room was left for dessert; but we will be back! Our server, Lonnie, was attentive and helpful!

   Copley’s is the jewel of the desert! Classically prepared delicious food, great cocktails, amazing service, and in a beautiful garden! A refined elegant experience!

    The food and service was outstanding . The food looked like that in a Food magazine. The flavors were perfect and unexpected . The service was personal but not overbearing.
