Copley's on Palm Canyon
Nice setting and food with great service , very pleasant sitting outside
A special occasion kind of place. The food is outstanding and the portions are generous - enough for sharing. On a summer night we were very comfortable outside with the misters going. The ambiance is lovely. One of my favorite places.
Lovely outdoor ambiance. I had the Lamb tbone and finished every bite. Drinks were delish and server was attentive.
The food and service is always amazing. I had a reservation but showed up a little early and was seated right away. I will be back again!
Fantastic outdoor setting and delicious food. The waiter forgot a few items we requested, but the overall experience was a win.
We go to Copley’s for our special occasions... birthdays, anniversaries, etc. it never disappoints and hits the mark on everything a good restaurant should be. It is a bit of a splurge but well worth it when you want to feel like you want to feel special.
Copley’s never disappoints. The setting is quintessential Palm Springs, the food is 5-Star and the service was perfect. All four of us kept talking about how delicious our meals were, a true sign of a great chef behind a perfect meal. You can’t go wrong dining at Copley’s.
Waiter took away from the experience.
Started on our bottle of wine, reviewed menu. Waiter returned after about 10-15 min to present the specials. So far, so good. When he concluded describing 3 items on special I began to order (one of the items on special). He didn't expect to take the order at that time and tossed some serious attitude, trying to make me feel I was out of line for ordering at that time? He adjusted and proceeded to take our order. Things smoothed out but took away from the overall experience. Expected more at a well established restaurant.
Off the list as there are so many wonderful places in Palm Springs. The ambiance was very good, the Ahi great and the prices in line with the quality of the food and setting. Maybe we'll come back in a few years and just avoid that waiter.
One of us had short ribs special and the other the New York steak. Both were very chewy and required significant effort to cut. If just one item had been that way, we would have sent back. But both were and short ribs should pull apart with a fork. Only other trip when I went to Copley’s, experience was excellent. So my expectations which I conveyed to my guest were high. Very disappointing.
one of our most favorite restaurants in the Palm Springs area, food always superb!! We had the NY steak along with Ahi Tuna both were cooked to perfection. Cesar Salad with the pineapple crouton were delish!
Service has always been top notch, friendly staff and nightly chef specials are a must to try!
We went with friends on the last night of restaurant week. Food and service was awesome. The ambiance is very special on the patio. It was our first time and will not be our last.
We were greeted like we were celebrities by the host. Shown to our seats, the waiter was great, took our order and allowed us to split a meal during restaurant week. The food was amazing and they didn't rush us, made our anniversary dinner a night to remember.
While this was restaurant week—-where menus are often limited—-the choices of starters, entrees and desserts were excellent. Our champagne and the subsequent Sauvignon Blanc were properly chilled. Our server was delightful once again—-she is quickly becoming one of our favorites in the Palm Springs area. She’s a real credit to your organization.
We went during restaurant week. It was the best restaurant of the 5 we went to. We will definitely be back again.
I had eaten here in the past and thoroughly enjoyed the food and the service. This recent trip was a complete disappointment. We attended during restaurant week and ordered the prefix meal. The Buffalo cauliflower was so mushy it was literally inedible. All 3 of us commented on the lack of seasoning for both our entree and the appetizers. The noise level was deafening (and I am not being hyperbolic) making conversation difficult. What has happened to Copley’s??? Sorry, but it is off my list.
This is always my favorite place to go in Palm Springs! The food and ambiance can’t be beat.
Copley's on Palm Canyon was recommended by a friend, and they did not disappoint. The service from Dario was high class, as well as from the rest of the wait staff. We arrived early, so we had a cocktail inside at the bar, which they were made to perfection. The hostess was very accommodating, and sat us in a much more preferred table from my reservation request. The food was better than expected, and the pineapple croutons were a pleasant surprise. I had the NY steak and my wife had the Ahi, both were amazing. The tastes of desserts were a nice end to a wonderful anniversary dinner. By the time we arrived to the front, our valet driver was pulling our vehicle up...now that's service!!
On past visits the food was better
My most favorite restaurant in Palm Springs, The ambience alone is worth the visit, add great food and service. What more could you ask?
We were lucky to be there for Palm Springs Restaurant Week. The baramundi was tender and flaky. The salmon was outstanding. Cesar salad and the cold potato soup was yummy. We loved being able to sample both desserts. The wine was spot on and the martinis before dinner were great. Every time we visit Palm Springs we always go to Copley's.
Another home run! Perfect evening
Outside is spectacular
Restaurant Week - excellent value. Menu and service was outstanding!
We enjoyed a fabulous meal, delivered with fabulous service. From truffle fries at the bar with Copley’s signature Pomegranate Martinis to an unforgettable dessert presentation we truly enjoyed every bite. Truly, the only difficulty we incurred at this beautiful setting was determining which of their outstanding entrees to select. One hint- never miss Chef Andrew’s pineapple croutons.
Copley’s has been our go to restaurant in Palm Springs for many years and the owners have consistently delivered excellent food, exceptional service, and a highly enjoyable atmosphere. We can’t wait for our next visit!
Everything was great except the two NY steaks that were ordered. Very tough and gristly. Would not order them again.
It was my birthday dinner & it was very disappointing because our service was awful. I dined there in February & it was amazing so I was excited to go back with my girlfriends. Our waiter was very busy with the neighboring table that we now understand was the owner.
We've visited Copley's several times over the years. While still "outstanding," our recent experiences have been "mixed." Perhaps the waiter was having an "off" evening - everyone is entitled to them. However, I overheard several other tables also expressing the sense of indifferent or neglectful service. Will it prevent me from returning? "Naw." But if there are multiple dining experiences that end with the same "meh" feeling, then I might have to reconsider. In the meantime, put it on your list, make a reservation, and enjoy the splendid cuisine (and hope for a server who's having a good day!).
Thank you Greg! Our evening was perfect and Paul took excellent care of us. The Resturant Week menu was brilliant! Copley's never misses a beat!🌹
We went to Copley's to check them out for the first time during restaurant week. They did not disappoint, the service was great, the food was excellent and we had a great time for our joint anniversaries.
Never disappointed in the food at Copley's. It's a nice dining experience.
Wonderful place! Great ambiance, wonderful waiter, lovely patio and the food was great too!
Having eaten here on previous occasions I am consistently pleased by the food and service at this establishment, their staff always are attentive and responsive, especially the bartender
Unbelievable location. Food was delicious.
Special promotion for Restaurant Week, so decided to give it a try and glad we did. Outstanding ambiance, service & meal. Will definitely return.
Dined here as part of Palm Springs Restaurant Week. The restaurant was converted from stay over accommodations for guests of Cary Grant to a restaurant. There is both indoor and outdoor patio dining. The food and service were excellent; however, the ambiance suffered due to hot weather, lack of fans/misters and annoying flies. Will definitely reserve an inside table next time.
It happened to be Restaurant Week in Palm Springs and the only menu available was a limited three course fixed price selection. There were a couple of specials not listed on the printed menu that were also available for the same fixed price. I chose one of the specials which was lamb t-bone. It turns out to be a somewhat fatty cut that requires a lot of trimming and wasn’t worth the bother. My starter was a cesaer salad with pineapple croutons. The croutons were fried pineapple chunks, an odd choice of sweet that doesn’t go with the tangy salad. Service was great as expected. I will avoid Restaurant Week in the future.
We went here with another couple during restaurant week. It may not have been the right time to try Copley’s for the first time. Service was great, but the food was mediocre. Too bad. As local residents, we were really looking forward to trying this restaurant.
Our meal was excellent. Our party ordered different entrées and they were all superior. They have the best New York steak in town. Our server was very friendly and accommodating and attentive. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and the options for our dining experience. One of the nicest restaurants in Palm Springs. So if you want to impress friends Take them to Copleys?
We have been here several times and the prix fixe for Restaurant Week was wonderful. Many choices and some that weren't even listed. Great for a special occasion.
