    We're regulars at Copleys, it's among the top, and most popular restaurants in Palm Springs. It was an exceptional night though, some changes to the menu and everything was excellent. Best onion soup I've had, beautiful venison in a curry sauce (strongly recommend), and the lamb was exceptional. Our server was very friendly and fun and had everything delivered with skill and grace to our table. Thanks Andrew- your well respected in our small city.

    This is such a charming & quaint restaurant. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday. We requested a table inside but because the evening was so perfect, we changed to a table outside. It was absolutely perfect. Food & service were impeccable. We will definitely be back whenever we return to the desert. FYI: This used to be Gary Grant’s guesthouse… to those of you who are old enough to know who this is.

    Drinks, food, service… Can’t get better than that. Ambience was on point, and even the general manager, Shannon, came to check on us to make sure everything was amazing. There’s no doubt that we will be back.

    We frequent Palm Springs about 6-7 times a year. The charm of Copley’s is eating outside under the star filled Palm Springs sky. This time we did not get that! We were one of about 5 tables that drew the short straw and was seated inside!!! I never even knew they had an inside. It was absolutely horrible!!! Seated just steps away from the very active ladies restroom, I was more than let down! It made everything about our evening absolutely horrible! Knowing this can happen again, I don’t think we will ever be back!!! Waste of time and money when there are so many other choices in Palm Springs!

    I used to adore this restaurant and insist on coming every time I came into town, which is often. They must have changed the chef because the menu is completely different aside from two items. They even charge for bread now which is tacky. The new items they add (such as duck breast with a Mexican twist instead of a classic seared duck breast with cherry port glaze) were just not interesting. No pasta choices on the menu either. My husband got the pork schnitzel which was underwhelming. I stuck with the easy and simple sesame seared tofu, which is not my first choice but it was all they had that looked good. I also wish they did not call the chocolate dessert a souffle (it’s a cheap lava cake). Le vaullaris has a real soufflé which will knock your socks off. I’m sad to leave this review since I used to love this place and it had such a special place in my heart. I miss the old menu, with the lobster pot pie! Please bring back some of your classics.

    The engagement of the waitstaff & level of service was great. The food was interesting & well prepared. We sat outside in the front courtyard & enjoyed a perfectionist lovely meal in this beautiful oasis in the desert! Highly recommend for a special occasion or date night!

    A wonderful experience. The food and service were superb. We brought guests from overseas who truly enjoyed the food, wine and atmosphere. The salmon was so good we can’t wait to go back to have it again. The pineapple crouton Caesar salad was also amazing.

    Copley’s is the best for a fun, romantic dinner. Can’t beat eating outside in the courtyard under the stars and the lighted trees. The food is always great, with very nice presentations. The atmosphere at Copley’s is a 10 plus! What’s also a 10 plus is the service! Always a very enjoyable time. Our server, Lonnie, was just remarkable. Made our night that much more enjoyable. Our interaction with Lonnie turned our dinner into an amazing experience! Will be back, many times!

    It was beautiful sitting outside with the lit trees and the fountain. They had covered areas as well as misters and pillows on the chairs. The white linen table cloths made everything look so special. We had Chad as our server who was wonderful. His enthusiasm and bubbly personality really added to our enjoyment of the evening. He was always smiling and checking on us. We didn't lack for anything. Our water was always topped up and empty dishes never sat for long. Our appetizers were the onion soup and the lobster and shrimp ceviche. My husband had the short ribs which was one of the specials. We had never seen that much meat and it was so tender. I had the Scottish salmon which was so moist and large itself. The asparagus was also huge. Everything just melted in our mouths including the desserts. We had the sticky toffee and the creme brulee. It was a pleasure to take every bitefull. We really felt the value was there and that we had helped someone. The night we were there the restaurant was participating in a charity fund raiser which made it even more special. All in all we had a wonderful special evening.

    Outdoor setting was beautiful and it was a mild night. Our server, Victor, was friendly, helpful and efficient. Food was delicious. A very nice evening which we look forward to doing again soon

    I’ve been before and have had both better food and service. So maybe this was an off night. Our salads were oddly flavorless. The entrees were Luke- warm when served and were just ‘meh’ in flavor. Service was very slow except when at the table, when our server seemed rushed to move on. Enjoyed sitting outdoors. I may go back after a while to see if this was a fluke.

    ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS. Dining outdoors under trees canopied w/lights. Excellent service by (T.K.?) who was attentive to our culinary wishes. Paced our drinks and food orders as only a quality restaurant does. A memorable evening; we will return.

    What an absolute FABULOUS anniversary dinner We had the 2 specials! The pan seared ahi tuna which was absolutely fantastic and the short ribs - amazing!!! And we ended with the chocolate lava cake with caramel salted ice cream. I know why this restaurant receives so many 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.. hands down one of the best dinners ever in Palm Springs.

    Copleys has always been an outstanding restaurant for everyday or special occasion dining. The food never disappoints. Their Ahi tuna is one of my favorites. The servers are extraordinarily knowledgeable about the entire menu, and you can absolutely trust their descriptions and recommendations.

    The experience from beginning to end was excellent. The setting was lovely, the service outstanding and the food delicious. Grace was our server and she was fantastic--personable, attentive and efficient. It was my birthday and I could not have asked for anything better. I have reservations to be at Copley's for Thanksgiving dinner.

    Again this year, we celebrated our anniversary at Copley's. It's a lovely garden venue with mountain views in the heart of Palm Springs. From greeting to servers and all are professional and friendly. Copley's menu is creative plus specials are available each night. Dinners are full of flavors and delicious. This restaurant is a wonderful choice to celebrate or simply enjoy a date night!
